We are not a Beauty Salon or indeed a spa and sometimes this can lead to people thinking we do not offer the oppurtunity to relax and feel pampered. So it suprises many new clients when they come along and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and feel completely spoilt (I’ve even been told by a couple of clients that they come in for IPL hair removal and enjoy the chance to relax,that I have this calming effect on them).
